This series of painting is inspired by the film of Rossellini, Germany year zero. The film depicts a young boy's fight for survival amongst the ruins of Berlin just after the Second World War in 1947. The series focuses on how to deal with the loss of references after a trauma by questioning the notions of loneliness and emptiness.
